We can arrange to come and collect your rug from your home and return it completely clean and dry within a couple of days for as little as £40. Although the majority of our customers prefer us to take their rug away for cleaning we can also clean your rug at your home if you prefer which is ideal for lightly soiled rugs.

First of all we will arrange a convenient time to come and collect your rug from your property, once at your property we will inspect your rug for damage and stains to determine how well we think the rug will clean up. We then roll it up ready to take away to our premises.

At our premises that has a designated area for rug cleaning we then prepare the rug for cleaning, giving it a good vacuum and using a machine that gently beats any leftover dust and lose dirt out of the rug.

We then check over the rug for any stains to determine the best method of cleaning after which the rug will be pre sprayed and cleaned to the highest standard. During the cleaning process the rug will be deodorised as standard.

Once the cleaning is finished we then go over any stubborn stains with the appropriate stain remover and leave to dry with our fast drying heaters and blower dryers to avoid any smells or mildew build up which can happen when left wet for too long.

After the drying process is complete we then roll your rug back up and arrange a day to return it back to your home usually the next day after drying. We will then put the rug back into position and let you inspect it to make sure you are completely satisfied with our service.
